I just received my NBDE-I scores and got 83%. I am not sure if I should retake part 1 before applying or go ahead with application process,. My GPA is 3.3. Please advice.

I would definately advice you to retake your part 1. Bcoz atleast 85 % is recquired. I know this might be disappointing to you , but believe me thats for your benefit. However u can apply to universities , but i think that would be a waste of money. I got 89% and still waiting.
