hi guys,
I want to take nbed 1. Who can tell me where I can get the application form.
I asked for NBDE Part I &2 Application & Candidate Guide from http://www.ada.org/ada/contact/testserviceemail.asp?link=26
one month ago. But they didn't respond to my quest at all. I haven't get any information till now. Who can tell me where I can get the application form? I'll appreciate you very much.

Hi,
if you requested the form online, then its likely that you wont get it. You have to call up NBDE. the number is 1-800-2321694. You can speak to a representative and give your address. They will send you the application in 5 days. Good luck!
