hey - easy question here -- are we expected to do any of the vitals over again once in the encounter? For example, do we do repeat BP for a hypertensive?? Seems like it would eat into the few mins u have to do an exam.

well, since the rules say that you are supposed to accept the vitals as given, it really doesn't accomplish much. i never did it, not really enough time for that if they are worthless to the exam, IMHO
