Is it true that on ERAS if you select the option where you don't automatically release your Step 2 score that you won't have to do so until after match lists are sent out? I had heard that you don't have to submit your score, but you have to have passed it by the time you start residency. Is it true?

You dont have to, but many programs will ask for your score if you havent released it.
