Hi all, I've been away from home & unable to receive the info packet. Anyone interviewing on 12/5, can you please pass along where&when to meet? greatly appreciated. Also if there were any recommendations for accomodations?

From the cover letter in the package: "The interview process will begin with a buffet lunch at 11:00am followed by a brief presentation outlining the structure of our residency program. Interviews will subsequently be held throughout the afternoon, with intermittent tours being held by some of our current residents. At approximately 6:3-pm, we invite you to join the Selection Committee, along with a number of our current residents and full-time faculty, for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in our Department. Though this reception is optional, it is a great opportunity to meet members of the department."

Last year they took the residents out in the evening to a local Portugese restaurant in the Iron bound section of Newark with most of the faculty members and residents present.
