Rank lists have major weaknesses. Everyone has different needs even if they don't know it.

Choosing a residency is more complex than buying a car. There are so many different rankings for cars and many dispute each list.

The more you know about the details and politics of departments, the more your rank lists becomes a competition for last place! :D However, there ARE differences and there are better programs.
