Hey guys, I'm in the process of recovering from something called vestibular neuritis..i'm 23 btw..what's my prognosis?
I'm on Betaserc now, and Xanax to help me sleep at night, still do not have full sense of balance, head feels heavy..

The prognosis is good. It usually takes a few weeks to recover. You may have a recurrence but that's not too common.
