Today I had a parasitology LAB exam we suppose to do a direct smear from a stool sample and do sedimentation Ritche technique..
Every thing went great until the Ritche thing … :scared: stool were every where… on the fume cupboard, floor, sink and any where u can imagine except my labcaot right!!!!

and my friends labcoat but of coarse I didn't tell here :meanie: (she will freak out) I let my other friend tell here that there is some thing on here lab coat
and am not the only one I saw a girl standing behind another one waiting for her turn on the cupboard and the hair of the girl in front of her accidentally attached on the girls slide behind her! And she didn't say any thing!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek:

It was more than disgusting :(

And the frustrating thing is the direct smear!
We must detect or find 3 types of eggs in the smear it was so hard
I found one egg only (unfertilized ascaris ) no one saw 3 eggs !

My point is THEY INVENT THE FLOWCYTOMETRY MACHINE IT CAN COUNT RED BLOOD CELLS AND THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF WHITE BLOOD CELLS
IT CAN CAUNT 8-20 MICROMETER LONG CELL

WHY NO ONE CAN AUTOMATICLY COUNT 70-170 MICROMETER LONG EGG!!! :idea: :idea: :idea:

i cannot picture an exam on the NIH swap or cellulose tape
there will be a line of children infront of a line of girls

it will be painfull
