What are the minimum requirements for moonlighting at most places? Does it matter if you do a Transitional Year vs. a Prelim Medicine/Surg year?

The policy can vary by program, due to institutional policy, and by state, due to licensing policy. I don't think it matters what type of intern year you do, as long as you can get licensed. After that, as I said, you may be limited in where you can moonlight. I think one program I visited said you could only moonlight within the institution. You really have to research it on a program-by-program basis.
