Hey all - I can't decide between UTSW and U of Chicago. It seem to me like you would get similar training at both programs and that either would be great for going into academic medicine. Any thoughts on this?

So I know nothing about U of chicago, but I do know that I went jogging outside in a t-shirt this morning in Dallas. Seriously though, I really believe that at some point it's time to stop splitting hairs about the relative merits of programs and start thinking about factors outside of the hospital. Dallas and Chicago are very different cities - and that might be the most important differential between the 2 programs. Feel free to message me with specific questions about UTSW or Dallas...
