PocketPCs. And that's from a Mac user. Thank God for Missing Synch.

What a great program. Makes my Windows Mobile talk all nice-like with my Mac.

Take care,
Jeff

1) New McDonald's spicy chicken sandwich, no mayo
2) Tequila shots w/o "training wheels"
3) Taking off ski boots
4) Having a thing of guaiac juice in every backpack you own

Another thing that doesn't suck- creative thinking (and experience)! Get yourself a big old plastice garbage can sack. Or, an old nylon coat. Works wonders. Tobbogining beats sledding any day.

Another option is a trusty broiler pan. It's a tried-and-true favorite of my inlaws. They don't dent easily, and are pretty sturdy.

Here's something else that doesn't suck: puppy kisses after a really fulfulling day in the ED. And hot Sicillian pizza.

Guiness Draft, a good cabernet in a thin glass, scuba diving in the red sea, hiking in Petra at night...

And todays favorite: Rappelling out of my fourth floor apartment to get to a surgery rotation after my roommates accidentally locked me inside my apartment...

Boy, I really, really hope you got pictures to demonstrate to PDs your devotion to your patients!

Be even better if you were climbing up the hospital wall to get to the patients' rooms. . .uh . . .maybe not.

Unfortunately I didn't get pics, but I was lucky enough to bump into him while I still had the harness, carabiner, and figure eight in my hand... :D

I wouldn't have done it, especially considering the apartment is nearly adjacent to the hospital , but I had no phone and noone would have missed me until the afternoon. Try to picture five floors of patients staring out of their hospital windows at a nicely dressed guy jumping off of a balcony early in the morning. Fears of "WE HAVE A JUMPER!!!!" being screamed as sirens approached did come to mind.

They tend to shoot people here for climbing UP buildings... :(
