What are the SMP's/masters programs that are a year long and can still be applied to besides

Georgetown
BU
U Cincinatti (it seems)
(eastern virginia, loyola)

BU can be done in one-year but apparently they advise against that (Check this forum's archives for details - there are students who did that and succeeded in gaining admission to medical school but they met a lot of resistance from the powers that be).
The NIH has a program (http://www.training.nih.gov/student/) in which they pay you $20K/year!
This page (http://hpap.syr.edu/LISTPB.HTM) has a pretty comprehensive list (scroll to the bottom). Dartmouth, the NIH, Loyola, Drexel, Tulane, Rosalind Franklin... there are a few 1 year programs but apparently Georgetown is the best regarded program.
