for those who are going into internal med but have some interest in derm, what type of procedures can a typical internal med doc do? where would u go to learn how to do botox? what about treating common probs like acne besides just the usual antibiotics/retin-a/benzoyl peroxide stuff?

i did an internet search and came up w/ this: http://www.cme.hsc.usf.edu/dermatology/ is this stuff even legit? the 'bring a consenting subject' for the botox treatment sounds kinda sketchy though.

do most internal residency programs allow for 1-2 months of dermatology rotation to sharpen up skills of common skin problems, or learn how to do botox injections? thanks.
