is there any programs where you can go straight into a speciality or i mean a combined IM/speciality program in 4 or 5 years or something rather than having to do IM for 3 years. probably not but mani want to do a speciality but i hate basic IM-the****they do-having to write problem lists of EVERY damn problem the patient has ever had-i hate general med but love alot ofthe speicalities.ok let m know
