I'm curious to know what being a dental student is like. Do you guys have time to relax and have some fun on the weekends, or is it all study all the time?
Would you guys share some of your experiences? All I hear is that its 4 years of hell, torture, blah...

It's not bad at all here at Case dental school. First semester of freshman year was kidda hard for me because of the gross anatomy's class and lab. Things have got better after that. I've had tons of free time in the evening and weekend to watch my favorite primetime TV shows. I've volunteered 5 days per week 3 hrs/day at the Free Clinics down the street doing phlebotomy, blood testing and dental extraction in my second year. Hoping to get my weekend job this coming 3rd year. Dont' stress out too much. :) :) :)

This varies people to people. I'm finding it pretty chill, with stretches where it's almost (almost) like lazy undergrad.

Lots of class but only busy around test time. Pretty much 2-3 exams per week.
