I don't really seem to be making anymore progress in the PS section. A month into the Kaplan course, we had our first FL, and I got a 10 on the PS. Since then, I get anywhere between a 9 and 11, although usually on the higher end of the 10. It seems like no matter what I do, I can't beat that.
However, on the BS section, I studied hard for 2 weeks, and raised that to a 12, didn't study at all for it the next FL, and went back to a 10. I really enjoy bio and find it easier to study.
So, do I spend the next 2 weeks just studying bio, with maybe a couple of days of PS review towards the end? Or should I try and keep it balanced?

I would spend more time on the PS section since you're "weaker" at it.

What I did:

-Second to last week: Hit your weaknesses. Hard. Study the things you're worst at.
-Last week (early in the week): study your strengths. Build confidence and make sure you won't miss anything that ought to be a gimmie for you.
-Last week (late in the week): study things that benefit from short term memory and/or repetition (eg enzymes and their functions).
-Last week (day before): don't study much. Make sure to do something that is relaxing to you.

For the next 2 weeks I'm just going to do AAMC and Kaplan verbal passages and EK 1001 questions. I'm burned out doing science passages and if I can pick up a few things doing the discrete questions while keeping everything fresh I think that will be ideal.
