I have searched the forum about Tufts - found a few negative opinions (it's "a joke" and it's "painful.")

Can anyone elaborate - Has anyone gone there, or have friends who have?

On paper it seems ideal - well-known school, organized post-bac program, with linkage to BU med school, which is a good one...

why does tufts have a link to bu med? shouldn't they link to their own med?

I know someone whose daughter went there. From what he told me, it sounds like she found it a pretty stressful experience. They just take their courses with the undergrads, and it sounds like a "sink or swim" approach without a lot of support. That said, she did well and got into some good med schools, and since she had personal reasons for being in the Boston area, it was a good choice for her.

That's my third-hand two cents for ya'.
