I am looking over this question and I don't even remember doing the semilogarithmic log in any of my classes. What the hell is the question talking about ? I don't remember doing it in any of the review material either.
Anyone knows ?

A semilog graph is a plot of log(y) on the vertical axis. So if y has an exponential relationship with x, the semilog plot will be linear. I think you should have done some semilog plots in physics lab.
