The examinations are coming. Studied so hard. Burnt out. Buddy just sent a link (http://xfile007.blogspot.com/2006/05/working-out-to-relieve-stress.html) to me.

Read it. Tried it. It worked for me. Hope it helps.

Good luck...

This is so true. I don't go to the gym, I go jogging instead, and it makes a big difference. Previously, whenever I jogged, it was always during a diet (to get rid of the flab) and I'd always end up feeling lousy because of it. Now, I'm eating right and when I jog these days, I can almost feel the enorphins coming out and working their magic.

I totally agree with both of you guys on this. When board studying started I felt very miserable because I was studying for 14 hour days and no amount of coffee made that better. Then, a week into my studying I'm thinking, "I'm going to go nuts if this continues". So I started lifting three times a week and doing cardio 5 days a week. At first I was freaky that this would take up too much time but even doing an hour or two a day is perfect for me because I found I got more done when I was studying and so I wouldn't need to spend as many hours on it (10 instead of 14). After six weeks of doing this I feel I'm in my best shape since being on the track and field team in high school, I sleep better, and feel mentally calmer in general. Hooray for exercise!
