does anyone know of any good websites/resources for studying the respiratory system
respiratory system of what? There is quite the difference between species.
If you want just straight physiology of the respiratory system you can get decent sites by googling respiratory physiology (just limit your search to .edu sites.

If you give more info on what you are looking for I could help more (do you want anatomy, histology,pathology, physiology)
