I was wondering as a foreign medical gradaute residing in the US - what kind of jobs we can get without passing the USMLES - any clue???

Not many options outside of bench research or pharmaceutical sales. From what I know, you need a medical license to do any of the human study related work in the pharmaceutical industry.
