Say you score differently on one of the categories, a 19, and a 24, do they average the scores like on the LSAT or take the highest? Not sure, I tried searching but just came up with a lot of "should I retake" threads. Thanks.

They take the scores you got during the last test you took. So you should try to do improve on every section.

if you retake the dat, but end up doing worst (please, no!) will the schools look at the higher, older score and disregard the lower, newer score?

I hope i don't do worst, but if i do, i hope the dschools look at the higher score during decsion time!

I believe that they look at the last score no matter what but don't quote me.

I guess no one read my post. They take your latest scores only. There is no averaging of anything. :)
