I think your scores are fine unless you really want to get into a school that wants high PAT scores (UOP). Given your experience and grades, etc, I wouldn't retake them.

what do u think about these DAT score:
bio: 19 ( 91%)
gen chem 23 ( 95%)
ochem 20( 91%)
read comp 23 ( 97%) english is my third language!!
math 20 ( 95.5)
AA 21 ( 96.6)
TS 20 (90.9)
HERE comes the bomb
PAT 15 (59%)
However,I have had one year of dentistry in a different country, have worked 40 hours during my school time, always full time student and GPA 3.58 and 1 year of shadowing experience + 3 month internship in Duke.do you think I have a chance of getting in???
I also heard school wont get to see my percentile.I think I did good percentile wise except PAT but out of 30, they are low.I'm confused.I wish there wouldbe a way I could show the admission my percentiles

the schools pretty much do know your percentiles. they might not see that your academic average of 21 was 96.6 percentile... but they know that in general, a 21 is significantly higher than average...

i'm going to likely be in a similar situation as you... good dat scores (i think i can get a 20 or 21 AA and total science.. but i'd honestly be thrilled with a 17 PAT... and kind of expect a 15-16 :scared:

they are nice scores, dont worry you will get in.
how hard was the test compared to topscore, achievers, or kaplan stuff?
and what were the topics in reading section?
thx

thanks for your responses.
The read comp was 2 sciences and one about stock market. for the first one,I skimmed through passage and wrote down the important words and then started working, but for the second and third one,I just went by questions and then found the answers in the passage and I still ended up with extra 8 minutes. ( english is my third language!!!
Organic was easy and kaplan stuff would do it ( although I don't know why I bombed it).
general chem with kaplan is good enough
math was easier than all the tests I had taken ,
for bio,you are better off, reading kaplan materials and taking DAT achiever.I took topscore, achiever and kaplan tests but DAT achiever section for developmental biology and ecology helped more.
let me know if you have more questions

I think you did really good! What did you used to prepare yourself for the DAT? I will be taking them within a few months and I just dont know what to use to prepare myself? Any suggestions? Well hope you get to enter your school of choice. Good luck!
