What are the difference of these two decks?compared to the Decks we are used to.

Has Anyone used the dental Stax for Studing for the boards?

If you are truly looking into some stax, you can buy mine. I won't have time to go through them. They are brand new.

Definitely read the decks. I went through the stax once already, and I'm sorry to say that besides the head and neck area of anatomy, the rest of it was a waste of my time
