I was commming off a 16 hour night shift last week and this song came up on my mp3 player and it seemed to capture the mood really well as I walked out of the hospital.

My residency program actually did this two years ago. A combination of pump up music/inside jokes etc.

A few more:
*I found it a little ironic to hear the third rendition in less than an hour of Daniel Pewter's "Bad Day" during a particulary nasty weekend call. It was like they were playing my "this call is sponsored by" theme song.
*As a medical student I had a momentary smile while scrubbing on a perforated viscus/peritonitis case shortly after midnight when the anesthesiologist opted to crank up "After Midnight".
