Hey guys, I know there is another forum already, but I was hoping we could start one officially for those who have gotten in and plan to go to NJMS. The other forum has a lot of clutter from admissions stuff and I think we should just get a fresh start to the topics that count now like financial aid and housing (I know someone made this point in another forum before).

My first question is whether you guys plan to live in the student housing or not?

i would recommend just waiting 2 weeks to see what is at the housing fair. Often times you can find roommates and see pricing of the apartments in the area (also even see the condos) --- prices range anywhere from 550-700ish (lowest price is for one bed room and share a bathroom while 700 gets you your own bathroom and pretty big rooms. If you don't like what's there, at least you know you have first year preference for the place

I called the housing office today and got the rates:

$975 for a studio
$1075 for a single BR
$860 for a small double BR and $900 for a large double BR
$830 for a small triple BR and $870 for a large triple BR

They are also accepting applications...and I have also heard you will be receiving the applications in the mail in a few days.

Hello and Congrats to all of NJMS Class of 2010. Thanks for the info. Do you know any specs on the size difference between the large and small doubles or triples? How soon must we start filling applications. Thanks.

Hey Everyone,

I was just curious, was there another accepted students luncheon back in January for the class of 2010? Who was that for, students accepted before January? early decision students students only? I didn't get anything about that, just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Also, did anyone get a humanism scholarship?
