Would you give up an acceptance to one school to do a 5yr program at your first choice school? The first year requirements include passing all med classes taken and passing other post bac classes blah blah...
Thing though is that it's not a 100% guarantee that you make it thru the first year, you may have a bad class and get a C and stuff and mess up your chances...

Would you take that chance?

at least you'll be where you want to be. plus you know what's riding on you doing well so i doubt you'll fu*k up

I say go with the guarantee. IMHO, as far as med school admissions goes, nothing is certain, so a guarantee is worth gold.
