Hi,
I'm done with my first 2 years of college and I applied to recognized medical schools outside the US and I got accepted. I dont need to do a bachelors. I intend to come back to the US , write the USMLE and pracice here. What do u think I should do....go study medicine outside the US or wait, get my bachelor's and apply within the US to US medical schools? Do u think my idea of going outside teh country so that i can save some years and money is a foolish thing?
Please help

This is a recurring question. You can probably find other similar posts.
I can only tell you what I would do. I would stay in school and get my degree. Really..what's the rush? You're probably young so what's a couple of years. It makes no difference in the long run. Plus, if you want to practice in the US, then you should try to go to an American school. That will cause you less problems than leaving school early and going to a foreign school.
Also, what if you fail out of med school or decide medicine is not for you? At least you already have a previous degree to fall back on, right.
Out of curiosity...what school would you be attending?

I guess I should stay in the US then...we all will turn old sometime or the other. I was accepted to this med school in China and one in Ukraine. The one in China was for 4.5 years with 1 year internship (total of 5.5 yaers) and the one in Ukraine was for 6 years..
