that's ok, I just finished 3PM-3AM on the ICU and just got home a while ago after grocery shopping at 4 AM (how f'ed up is that?), so corny jokes like that are expected (or maybe it's just me)

A current critical care thread needs to be moved into here. The GI prophylaxis thread in the General Residency forum is more appropriate here.
