hi,
If you include all of my biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, calculus, physics classes, then it comes to 2.7.
or do they only calculate biology classes ?

Similar to MD/DO school admissions, the science GPA consists of the average of all of the biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics courses.

do they also consider credits earned from undergraduate/graduate research?

As long as there is an academic grade and you earned credit for it, it would be calculated into your gpa. However, for it to be calculated into your science gpa, it depends on the title and course name such as "Biol200 Senior Research."

The subjects that I calculated into my science GPA were the same ones you refer to in your question..............
I don't believe calc. is a considered science though.

According to AACPMAS math is not included in the science gpa. It is listed as non-science on the instruction form.

Furthermore, do pod schools see A- as a 4.0?
Half my scores are damn A-, I'd go up .1 in GPA if my school didnt count 90-93 as 3.67.
