I am currently paying back my time in the Navy and will apply for civilian residency this year. Are the rules of the SF Match program different for licensed physicians (Step 1,2 and 3 + State License) vs. MS IV students? Can positions be offered outside of the match (I heard this happens)? Any input will be appreciated and please elaborate. :confused:
