Any tips on what to put in this section of the app? I kind of already listed career goals (research, academic medical center, etc) in my personal statement since that's what is recommended. I wouldn't want to be repetitive. Are they looking for a paragraph or a list?

i would not worry too much about being repetitive. i wrote a paragraph that highlighted what i said in my personal statement.
