Remember that you are being looked at not only as a potential student but also as a potential employee. While I can't say that that paper route you held down will help you very much, a track record of working hard in any job is a plus.

I included all sorts of employment. I found that teaching experience or anything "unique" was often good interview fodder.

Some people also work a lot during either college or med school, usually because they have to for financial reasons. This places a time demand on students which is often not recognized. So if you worked a lot, include hrs/week, etc.

As with everything, if it's on the CAS, be ready to talk about it.

I included stuff from college and beyond. Don't include high school unless you were employed as the Pope's personal assistant or worked as a sherpa on Mt. Everest.
