I am trying to get a better handle of the corneal slit lamp exam. I can't seem to find a good picture showing which part of the parallelepiped corresponds to the endothelium, epithelium, etc... - Practical ophthalmology doesn't label the actual slit lamp picture. Would anyone be able to help out with an explanation? Muchas Gracias!

In general, the parallelopiped is not the best way of looking at one particular layer or assessing the depth of a corneal lesion. A narrow section will reveal this much more effectively.
