I went to paksitan recently and noticed street dentists who just extract teeth without the use of any instruments or anaesthetic using their bare hands without giving them any pain at all... when i in london am going abouts doin' a flippin 5 year BDS degree.. How do they flippin' do it?

They are very spiritual people and also amazingly nice people too, their teeth have usually been so decayed that the nerve has died and the tooth is pulled out of the tooth socket without any sensation..
