I want to know from other residents, how easy is to find jobs in ophthy?
It may become, in a few ears very easy to match in ophthy because of the low salary. It appears to me that is the lowest paid speciality.

starting salaries are not good for ophtho. you'll still do just fine. but if finances are a big concern don't do it. do radiology.
