What's the best way to find residency programs with the best fellowship placement? Is there a better way than going to the program website and hoping they have written something about that?

Depends on the specialty. Depends on your geographic preference. Depends on whether you want to stay at that program for fellowship as well. Depends on whether they take their own residents.
