My 1st question is Qbank vs USMLE world?

2nd question is do I need to purchase the "clinical scenarios" section of World or is this mainly a waste of $?

I'm just looking to pass, but not by the skin of my teeth.

would recommend usmleworld questions. also, there are good clinical cases in the back of first aid for step 3. i didn't buy the clinical stuff from usmleworld and just did the USMLE CD and looked over the cases in first aid (the night before) and passed without probs (though i felt like i failed the exam while i was taking it. pretty hard. usmleworld questions are comparable).
