How accurate are the Kaplan practice tests compared to the real tests? Both score wise, and question wise. Thanks!

It seemed to me that Kaplan made their practice tests really hard compared to the actual test...and many of my friends seemed to agree.

Just IMHO, of course.

No problem at all...I was once in your shoes too. And now it's time to give back to this forum. The friendly people here at the SDN optometry forum undoubtedly was one of the major reasons for why I got accepted. Isn't it funny since many of us forum members don't really know each other? Well, maybe if you get into SCCO you can introduce yourself to me...I'd love to meet you all!

i agree with above. the kaplan practice tests are harder than the actual oat. it definitely helps prepare you for the oat. don't be discourage if your score on the kaplan practice tests aren't that great. b/c it's designed to challenge you to study...

best of luck to you all!

if you need any advice, let me know...
