Ok...trying to stay calm here, but...

I was just informed I need to take an Introduction to General Chemistry before I can go on and take the Gen Chem I and Gen Chem II courses required by UF.

Anyone have any suggestions? I havent had Chemistry since High school and that used to be enough...apparently not anymore, at least in FL. :mad: :rolleyes:

Well upon figuring everything out it wont be THAT bad. Ill get a firm ground in Chemistry before I jump in, and the Summer before Im hopefully accepted into Pharm school will be spent learning Org Chem II....I suppose things could be worse. :rolleyes:

Where are you going to school? Did you take a chemistry entrance exam and your score indicated that you needed a refresher course?

I took introductory chemistry and it gave me a good foundation for the general chemistry sequence. Getting an A in a prerequisite course is more important than taking a semester longer to get into school.
