Can anyone tell me which anesthesia/critical care fellowships accept IM trained graduates? I know that University of Iowa does....is this standard? Or, is is program-dependent?

stanford does.

MGH and the Brigham do on a case-by-case basis. They usually have one IM-trained fellow per year. Stanford's program is a little bit more formalized, since I think they're accredited by both ABIM and the anesthesia credentialing org to train their critical care fellows, so they more routinely take IM-trained fellows.
