Is the MPJE graded harder than the Naplex? B/c there are only 90 q and only 60 Q count, but you need a 75 to also pass. Whereas Naplex has 185 Q, 35 do not count and score range to 150. So does that mean MPJE is hardeR ?

MPJE is a ;pharmacy practice law' oriented exam and naplex is more clinical oriented. Level of difficulty of both the exams can not be compared as they both are different exams. but the statistics say that the pass percentage for MPJE is definitely more compared to NAPLEX. My 2 cents.

I'm taking MPJE in a week. What's the best way to prepare for this test? Are the questions straight forward?

lots of questions on controls, and there were some hospital related questions i didn't study for. I did pass but not by a large margin.
