Finished surgery clerkship, doing outpatient medicine right now and enjoying it a lot. I was just wondering if anyone else came out of medical school a lot of debt and still went IM and was able to pay off their debts, comfortably support a family, etc. Another wrench... I want to live in the southwest... Phoenix/Tucson/San Diego type areas. I'm sick of winter and days with little sunlight that are dark and cold seriously make me depressed.
