Does anyone know where I can find rotations in under-developed nations for M4 year? I am trying to decide on whether I should go into a specialized field like Rads or more general like ER so that I can devote my life to helping those with nothing.

Pick a country, then find a teaching hospital

really the previous poster is right, pick any country. I like this program though:

They have rotations in IM or pedi. I am going next year, but everyone I know who has gone loved it.
Thailand has lots of rotations at most of their teaching hospitals: Mahidol, Chulalongkorn, Chiang Mai
Singapore ... not really underdeveloped, but I spent a month there and thought it was fabulous
Makerere University in Uganda takes people from here as well.
