Which has the better lifestyle...radiology or Emergency? I'm looking at money, hours, schedules...pros and cons of each? Is it true that radiology is becoming a 24/7 job?

I know that EM has shifts and no call. So you have a set amount of time in the hospital, and that's a plus. I don't know much about Radiology though. Someone qualified will post something I'm sure =)
