Its a fine school. The school has been in existance since 1982, and have graduated many US based physicians. They also offer online basic science lecture presentations with labs done in affiliate US schools. The clinicals are done in US hospitals.

Anecdotal evidence is not evidence.
I have no ill will towards UHSA or any other school for that matter, but potential students would be well advised to do due diligence.
For instance, UHSA has been formally disapproved by California Medical Board (http://www.medbd.ca.gov/Applicant_Schools_Unapproved.htm). This school seems sketchy. If you are going caribbean, stick to the big 3: SGU, ROSS or AUC
