The RACS (Royal Australian College of Surgeons) is not a medical school or college in the sense that we Americans use it. Rather it is an organization for practicing surgeons; requires exam to qualify for membership.

You've seen the initials "FRACS" after a doctor's signature? Means he's a fellow of the RACS.
