I just want to know how much overall and science GPA is require, in order to get into offshore medical schools.

TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SPECS..
In general, GPA 3.0 and MCAT 22 will get you in a good Caribbean school (AUC & SABA)
Irish and Aussie schools are better, but much harder to get in.

I'm 19 years old from Burma(now Myanmar). I came to U.S about 2yrs ago for studying medicine. My overall GAP is around 3.0 and 2.7 in science. I havn't take the MCAT yet.
I know my current status isn't in good shape for applying U.S med-schools. That's why I've asked this question. Thank you for the answer, by the way.

I've forgot to mention that I got Cs in both general chemistry, Pre-Calculus and Calculus.
