I really liked my Jefferson interview experience and was wondering if any students or residents could give me some further info on the service/private patient experience. I've heard that the spread is about 50/50, and coming from a program that is almost all service, I'm not sure how having private patients affects the experience. Does having private patients at Jeff mean that you're running around making phone calls for half of your service and just being told what to do? Or is there more autonomy in regard to those patients? Do the private patients take away from the experience?
