I heard they are being 'reviewed' on a yearly basis, which is supposedly a bad thing because it should be less often. A fourth year student told me that and that's why he's not ranking them. They are mixed USG/IMG but I don't know the ratio. ACGME accredited (of course) with some fellowships. I'll probably rank them but farther down on my list.
As far as financial status, I don't know, but the Beurger Commission didn't say much about them so that's probably a good thing.
